The August 2026 deadline didn't move.
The May 2026 Digital Omnibus delayed the high-risk (Annex III) rules to December 2027, but the Article 50 transparency duties still apply from 2 August 2026. Run a chatbot, an AI phone line, or publish AI-generated content and they apply to you, high-risk or not. Most people read the wrong line.
